How Can I Cancel My Subscription?
- Go to the Dashboard area and select My Apps.
- In the My Apps section, select the app you wish to cancel subscription of.
- Once the app has been selected, click Billing Information to continue.
- In the Billing Information area, you can see Order History, Subscription Status, Hosting Subscription Status, etc.
- For cancelling the subscription of the app, you need to click on “Cancel Subscription” button.
- A pop window of ‘Cancel Subscription’ will appear that will ask the reason for cancelling your subscription.
- You can choose any of the four reasons from ‘I stopped using this service’, ‘It’s too expensive’, ‘I found better alternatives’, and ‘Other (specifying your reason in the box below)’.
- Once done, click on Submit.
- Another pop-up appears for re-confirmation of cancelling the subscription, click Yes to continue.
- You can see the message “Your subscription(s) cancelled successfully” appear on the top of the page once your subscription is cancelled.
